Open Casting Call:
Headquarters Casting is holding an Open Call for background talent for a BIG Paramount Feature Film shooting Spring 2010 in Los Angeles. Casting has already started with costume interviews, fittings and test shoots. This is a big, fun feature but due to confidentiality, we can’t list the title. It’s a good one though!
At this time we are seeking the following specific SAG & Non-Union types:
MILITARY MEN/ SOLDIER TYPES– all ethnicities (Middle Eastern, Caucasian, Hispanic, etc.) ages 18-35 who have or are willing to have military hair styles. Must be physically fit with a muscular build.
MODEL TYPES - all ethnicities ages 18-30 who are 5’8” and taller, please bring & look like your comp card.
The Open Call will be held on Saturday March 13th from 1PM-4PM
at the Hollywood OS casting facility:
3108 W. Magnolia Bl.
Burbank, CA 91505

All performers interested in attending this open call and working on this project must be over the age of 18 and legal to work in the U.S. Please be prepared to show your I-9 documents (Current US Passport OR a Government Issued Photo ID along with a social security card or Birth Certificate.) SAG members; please bring your current SAG card.
A photo will be taken of you at the Open Call. Men should wear a fitted shirt (ideally a black T-shirt) with jeans or military pants (if you have them.) Hair style and length is very important so please don’t arrive wearing a hat. We’re just going to make you take it off for your photo & you’ll have hat hair, which is not ideal…
Women should dress to impress and look beautiful. These casting photos are what will get most of you booked or not booked on this film so do thoughtfully present yourself at this open call. Additional headshots or photos are fine to bring but will not be the primary image used in casting. Any photos that you do bring should have your name, sizes, union status and contact information printed on the back.
At the open call, you will need to complete a file card. Please arrive knowing your sizes!

While we will have a measuring tape available at the open call, it is much more professional to arrive knowing your current & correct sizes. If you guess on your sizes and are sent to a wardrobe fitting based on the sizes you listed, we’re not going to be able to use you. Conversely, if you don’t list your correct sizes, you might get passed up for a part that you would have been perfect for but we couldn’t tell due to an incorrect size listing. So if you are going to take the time to come to this open call – make sure you come prepared with your true & correct sizes.
